GC UNI Cooking Competition in Department of Food Science
Department of Food Science is going to organize Cooking Competition on 12th March 2014 in collaboration with Nutritionists Association of Pakistan under the umbrella of International Conference & Expo 2014 on “Recent Developments in Human Nutrition” at the Pearl-Continental Hotel. Participants will be required to present a ‘Meal’ keeping in mind the dietary and nutritional requirements of population. Top three participants will be invited at the conference to present their work and will be given cash prizes and certificates. The core theme of the event is “Innovate and Collaborate to Intervene Malnutrition”. The event will help to bring novel and cost effective ideas to alleviate malnutrition.
