Qualification & Training Period

The training period shall vary according to the qualifications of the trainee at the time of commencement of training, as follows:

Job Title: [ AM (Territory Sales Indirect)]

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Should exactly know total retailers in his dedicated area.
  • He will the day in the market and visit at least 20 outlets per day according to a journey plan.
  • Ensures that territory achieves assigned monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets for all brands according to agreed quality benchmark. The role will lead a team of business partners (franchise and distributors) and their staff.
  • Ensures implementation of sales planning for all ptcl brands in the territory. This will focus on making distributors and franchisees more efficient through scientific performance management support.
  • Ensures ample stock of all brands with distributors and franchisees for standardized distribution in agreed channels.
  • Ensuring that scientific routing and journey plans are in place for distribution officers and FSAs.
  • Ensuring direct delivery to channels with agreed service level, productivity and controlling out of stock to channel through distributors and franchisees.
  • Ensuring agreed numeric and weighted distribution reach on monthly, quarterly and annual basis.
  • Ensuring operational efficiency and ROI of all franchisees and distributors.
  • Ensuring that business partners and their staff is well trained and monitored to deliver assigned jobs efficiently.
  • Having good work relationship and coordination with business operation teams (ABMs and CSRs) for in time installation and fault rectification.
  • He should know all CSRs and CPEIs of his assigned area
  • He will be assigned corresponding business operation team with exchange level mapping.
  • RGM and GM sales will initiate the mapping process ensure in time updating of mapping in case of any change.
  • Ensuring agreed score in regional and area score cards.
  • Ensure adherence to all company principles and policies.

Position Overview:

 

  • Senior Manager HR Business Partner is required to change existing Transactional HR setup to Strategic HR Role by developing internal customer orientation.
  • Responsible to implement HR Roadmap effectively and develop a performance based culture.
  • Improve the service level for the PTCL’s employees by benchmarking existing HR practices with international best practices and improving the quality of HR Services provided.
  • Support Line Managers in forecasting and planning their workforce requirements in line with the function / business goals
  • Identify new opportunities where HR can add value to the business and act as a liaison between the line  & HR to ensure that HR services are aligned with internal client needs

 

Desired Skills and Experience

Required Experience:

6 – 8 years of relevant work experience with at least 3 years in a senior management position, having proficiency in the following areas:

  • Ensures implementation of sales planning for all ptcl brands in the area across all direct channels. This will focus on making OSS, Exchanges, ufone franchise selling our brands etc. more efficient through scientific performance management support.
  • Ensures ample stock of all brands for standardized distribution in agreed direct channels.
  • Ensures that all points of sale within area are well managed according to Trade Marketing strategy and ensuring agreed service level, productivity and out of stock.
  • Ensuring that all direct channels managers and their staff is well trained and monitored to deliver assigned jobs efficiently.
  • Ensuring agreed score in regional and area score cards.
  • Ensure adherence to all company principles and policies.
  • Ensure continuous improvement
